TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Driver Requirements

1) Be at least 23 years old
2) Hold a valid driving license for at least one (1) year
Drivers from outside the European Union must hold an International Driving Permit.

Rental Duration

The rental cost is calculated on a 24-hour basis with a 2-hour grace period from the agreed return time of the vehicle. After 2 hours, an additional rental day will be charged.

Insurance & Liability

All our vehicles are insured in accordance with current Greek legislation and include at minimum:
  • Third-party liability insurance including:
    • Bodily injury to third parties
    • Property damage to third parties
  • Collision Damage Waiver (CDW), covering damage to the rented vehicle under the terms and limitations of this agreement
  • Fire Insurance
  • Theft Protection, provided that all terms of the rental agreement are respected

Excess & Optional Liability Reduction

Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) is provided with an excess amount, which is determined according to the vehicle category:
  • Small vehicles: up to 500€
  • Compact vehicles: up to 700€
  • SUV / Crossover: up to 1000€
In case of damage, the renter is liable up to the corresponding excess amount, provided that the terms of the rental agreement have been respected.

Optional Excess Reduction

The renter may choose, for an additional daily charge, to reduce or eliminate the excess amount as follows:
Small vehicles
  • Reduced excess to 200€ → +6€ / day
  • Full excess waiver (0€) → +10€ / day
Compact vehicles
  • Reduced excess to 300€ → +8€ / day
  • Full excess waiver (0€) → +12€ / day
SUV / Crossover
  • Reduced excess to 400€ → +10€ / day
  • Full excess waiver (0€) → +16€ / day
This option is valid only if agreed at the start of the rental and stated in the rental agreement.
The optional coverage does not release the renter from liability in cases excluded from insurance.

Coverage Exclusions
The above coverage does not apply in cases of:
  • Violation of the rental terms
  • Negligence or misuse
  • Driving under the influence of alcohol or substances
  • Driving by an unauthorized driver
  • Use outside paved roads
  • Driving in violation of the Greek Traffic Code, such as running red lights, ignoring STOP signs, speeding, driving in the opposite lane, etc.
Also, damages to the following are not covered:
  • Tyres and rims
  • Underside of the vehicle
  • Loss or damage of keys

Road Assistance

All our vehicles are covered by 24-hour roadside assistance.
The roadside assistance contact details are stated in the rental agreement.

Driving Terms

  1. The driver must comply with the Greek Traffic Code.
  2. The vehicle must always be driven carefully and never under the influence of alcohol or substances.
  3. If any warning light appears on the dashboard, the renter must contact us immediately for instructions.

Accidents & Damage

In the event of an accident, the renter must:
  1. Immediately notify the lessor
  2. Inform the competent authorities
  3. Complete an accident report
Failure to comply results in full liability of the renter.

Fines & Violations

Administrative penalties resulting from traffic violations committed during the rental period are entirely the responsibility of the renter, and the company must be informed. If the fine is discovered after the end of the rental period, the violation will still be charged to the renter.

Fuel Policy

The vehicle must be returned with the same amount of fuel as received. If the vehicle is returned with extra fuel, the value of the unused fuel is not refunded.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations up to 48 hours before the start of the rental are free of charge.
Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a charge.

Payment Methods

Payment is made upon vehicle pickup in cash or by credit/debit card. In special cases, a deposit may be required to confirm the reservation.

Early Vehicle Return

No part of the rental payment is refunded if the vehicle is returned before the end of the agreed rental period.

Lost Keys

In case of loss of the vehicle keys, you must inform us immediately so that we can provide a spare key. The replacement cost is entirely borne by the renter and is not covered by any insurance.

Vehicle Cleanliness

The vehicle must be returned in the same state of cleanliness. In case of excessive dirtiness, an additional cleaning fee will apply.
